Assists clients before units of the State and Federal Public Prosecutors’ Offices and PROCONs and other consumer protection agencies. Represents clients, in the administrative and judicial spheres, questioning fines and other sanctions imposed by consumer protection entities and regulatory agencies.

Practices in disputes before the State, Federal and Superior Courts in matters involving companies acting in several fields of economy, with outstanding experience in the telecommunications, energy, cable television and commercial disputes.
